Who We Are
Our team is made up of a talented group of individuals who are dedicated to customer service. Our owners, Al and Kim Nelson, have the experience and knowledge to make every transaction a satisfying one.
Al Nelson
Al Nelson, licensed title professional and licensed abstracter in the state of Nebraska, started in 2001 at a national title company providing title work for refinances. He started typing commitments, but within 3 months began searching the public records. This gave a strong foundation to quickly begin making requirements and proofing title commitments.
After 3 years Al earned his title insurance license and gained employment as a title examiner working on residential and commercial purchases and refinances as well as new construction. Al has also served as manager of a title company before embarking on this new adventure with his wife, Kim Nelson as owners of Trustworthy Title & Escrow.
Kim Nelson
Kim Nelson studied finance and accounting and has a background working with all things related to managing internal and external accounts.
From payroll administrator to overseeing customer accounts to performing on-site audits, she is an experienced finance professional with excellent customer service skills.
Her knowledge and expertise rounds out a great husband and wife team who love to serve their community.
